When You Drive In
Soapy's Car Wash was opened in March 2015 and is owned 100% locally. All profits stay in the Central Alberta area.
When looking for the right location we recognized Lacombe had other offers, but there were no modern "Barn Style" washes with the open bright concept. The current property was chosen for its central easy access, proximity to the busy downtown, and the tie in with the railway siding, former stockyards, elevators and historical buildings that Lacombe is so well known for. This lot in fact dates back to the 1800's and was granted to the Canadian Pacific Railway directly from King Edward VII, imagine our surprise when we received the land title document!
In addition we built and lease out the retail/office building beside the carwash, the look and finishes on both buildings give an early 1900's appearance.
